Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consulting, LLC is looking to hire a part-time licensed therapist to provide in-person and virtual therapy and counseling services. Areas of expertise and specialization are open and we encourage clinicians to develop a practice niche and specialization. The ideal candidate specializes in working with children/teens, as well as with adults, and has experience in working with neurodiverse individuals.
The candidate should be available at least 1 day per week to start, with the potential for additional hours as the practice grows. The candidate should be a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). Start date negotiable.
Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Consulting, LLC offers a warm and collegial environment that allows each clinician to pursue his or her areas of interest, specialty, and expertise. The practice is out-of-network with nearly all insurances, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality assessment and evaluation services and time to pursue areas of clinical interest and continuing education. The practice provides electronic health records, scheduling/receptionist services, administrative support, and marketing support. We strive to create a culture where clinicians are able to grow and develop their own practice interests, while also being part of a competent, capable, and friendly group of colleagues. We strongly value work-life balance and intentionally create an environment that allows clinicians to balance professional and personal responsibilities. Our practice values flexibility and autonomy and allows clinicians to set their own hours/availability.
Compensation: Generous compensation structure. Includes participation in a SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match and a professional development fund to offset costs for continuing education, licensing, and liability. Practice provides logistical and administrative support, including EHR, telehealth platform, and in-person administrative support and practice management.
To apply: Please send an updated CV and cover letter to Dr. Rosemarie Manfredi. Initial interviews for qualified applicants will be conducted virtually or in-person. Position will remain open until filled.
