Dr. Kemp is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with specialized training in Neuropsychology. Dr. Kemp has expertise in the assessment of learning disabilities, mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders impacting academic, vocational, social, and behavioral functioning.

Specialized Training and Experience
Dr. Kemp brings a wealth of experience to our practice from both public school and outpatient mental health settings. She completed her doctoral and postdoctoral training at Widener University- Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology and Fielding Graduate University- Neuropsychology Specialization Program. Dr. Kemp is the past president (and current member) of PSCP: Philadelphia Psychology Network and is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists, Pennsylvania Psychological Association, American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology, American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and Philadelphia Neuropsychology Society. Dr. Kemp is available for neuropsychological evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations, diagnostic evaluations and independent educational evaluations (IEEs).
